Zo Rub for Muscles contains Menthol 30mg/g and Peppermint Oil 5mg/g to soothe tired and stiff muscles, and Arnica Oil 10mg/g to support recovery of bruising and trauma. Zo Rub for muscles also contains St Johns Wort extract and Calendula Oil to soothe and relax stiff muscles, and vitamin E and beeswax for healthy skin. Pleasant fragrance. Paraben free.
Spread generously on affected muscles and gently rub.
